ConAgra Foods is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Must be driven and reliable
