Job Description:
Rite Aid is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with a passion for customer service - Strong strategic planning skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred
