Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate level employee with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders and providing product information - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Hardworking and independent personality traits - Strong communication skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - 2+ years of experience in customer service - High school diploma or equivalent - Comfortable working from home and managing your own schedule - Proficiency with computer programs and CRM systems - Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
