Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Airgas is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to work from home in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Independent and reliable with the ability to work from home effectively - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems - A high school diploma or equivalent - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work
