As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at Abbott Laboratories in Canberra, Australia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders. 4. Conduct research and planning to address customer needs effectively. 5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Assist in training new customer service team members as needed.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and resourceful personality traits to engage with customers effectively. 2. Strong research and planning skills to provide accurate and timely solutions. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Prior experience in a remote customer service role is preferred. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
