Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Edison International is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be motivated, dedicated, and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account updates, billing inquiries, and service requests. 3. Provide guidance and support to customers on product features, pricing, and promotions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with company policies. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Motivated and dedicated team player with a positive attitude. 6. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
