Job Description:

Nucor, a leading steel and steel products company, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven, reliable, creative, and cooperative.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and ordering processes. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
