Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Danaher, a global leader in the life sciences and diagnostics industry, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work from home in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Process orders, track shipments, and manage returns efficiently and accurately. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 4. Use innovative approaches to improve customer experience and drive customer loyalty. 5. Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to customers as needed. 6. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while adapting to changing customer needs and priorities. 7. Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve products and services. 8.
