Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Genuine Parts is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate customer requests and ensure seamless service delivery. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 4. Leadership qualities to effectively manage customer interactions and handle difficult situations. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
