Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Expedia is seeking a motivated and driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home.


As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to travelers booking with Expedia. This includes assisting with booking cancellations, itinerary changes, and resolving any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and providing accurate information about Expedia's products and services.


The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to think critically and make decisions quickly. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are also essential for success in this role.


In addition to the personality traits and soft skills mentioned above, the successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
