Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. 2. Proactively identify customer needs and challenges, and work collaboratively with internal teams to address them. 3. Assist in the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process. 4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Thermo Fisher Scientific products and services to effectively support customers. 5. Monitor customer accounts, track key performance metrics, and proactively address any issues. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and retention initiatives. 7. Assist in the development of customer training materials and resources.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and driven individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 2. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. 3. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to drive customer success. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
