Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Phillips 66 in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow within our organization is essential.

Responsibilities: - Assist the Customer Success team with various tasks and projects to ensure the overall satisfaction of our clients - Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address their needs and concerns - Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to provide a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote retention and loyalty - Provide administrative support as needed, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports

Requirements: - Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required
