Job Description - Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

State Farm Insurance Cos. is currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to work remotely from Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account setup, policy inquiries, claims processing, and other related issues. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential issues. 4. Collaborate with the customer success team to improve processes and procedures for better customer service. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Driven and reliable individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
