Job Description - Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Honeywell International is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Success Assistant to work remotely from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time entry-level position does not require any prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer success.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Manage customer accounts, update information, and maintain accurate records - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and success - Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities - Contribute to the overall success of the customer success department by sharing insights and feedback


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required
