Job Description - Customer Success Assistant - Work from home


Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and resilient Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Barnes & Noble. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to answer their inquiries and provide assistance - Assist customers with account setup, product recommendations, and issue resolution - Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Help to implement customer success initiatives and strategies to drive customer loyalty and engagement


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment - High level of resilience and ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism - Motivated and self-driven individual who can work independently - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
