Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Success Associate to join our team at MGM Resorts International in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Success Associate will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and retention - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related role - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Passion for delivering excellent customer service and solving customer problems - Resilient attitude with the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and expectations - Experience with CRM systems and customer feedback tools is a plus
