Job Description - Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time position ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience. As a Remote Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized assistance. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs. 7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase customer value. 8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through innovative solutions.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable personality traits to quickly adjust to changing customer needs and industry trends. 2. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building relationships. 3. Strong soft skills in adaptability and analysis to effectively solve customer issues. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
