Job Description:
Alliance Data Systems is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by managing their accounts, providing support, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role is perfect for individuals who are driven, hardworking, and have excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues they may have - Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to meet client needs and objectives - Provide product training and support to clients to enhance their overall experience - Monitor and track client satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve our services - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition - Work closely with the customer success team to achieve company goals and objectives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the financial or technology industry is a plus - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
