Job Description:
As a Customer Success Associate at AIG in Sydney, New South Wales, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with our company. Your primary goal will be to cultivate strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide solutions to ensure their success.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong relationships - Understand customer goals and objectives, and work with internal teams to deliver on these - Provide product support and guidance to customers, ensuring they fully utilize our services - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and satisfaction - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on product updates and best practices - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements: - Reliable and independent with the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team - Strong presentation and communication skills - Willingness to cooperate and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Must be legally authorized to work in Australia
