Job Description - Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


HollyFrontier is looking for a part-time Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role. We are seeking someone who is reliable and resourceful, with strong time management and decision-making skills.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns - Help customers navigate our products and services to optimize their experience - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer success or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
