Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Success Associate to join our team at CIMIC Group in Sydney, New South Wales. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and driving customer satisfaction. This is an entry-level position with no previous experience required.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback - Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products or services - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our customer experience - Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition to our products or services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
Requirements: - Motivated and hardworking individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong cooperation skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
