Job Description - Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


Casey's General Stores is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, the Customer Success Associate will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, adaptable, and possess strong decision-making skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product recommendations and assist with purchases both in-store and online - Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance the customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success initiatives


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others - Must be driven, motivated, adaptable, and have strong decision-making skills
