Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a remote Customer Success Associate to join our team at Huntington Ingalls Industries. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This role is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide timely solutions - Monitor customer accounts and follow up on any issues to ensure a smooth customer journey - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and loyalty - Provide training and support to customers on how to best utilize our products or services
