Job Description - Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team at Cisco Systems in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time Associate Level position, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing accounts. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our offerings. 6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Prepare and present regular reports on customer success metrics and key performance indicators.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role. 3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. 4. Creativity in developing solutions to meet customer needs. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Knowledge of CRM software and customer success tools. 8. Availability to work part-time hours as needed.
