Job Description - Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description: Core-Mark Holding is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure overall satisfaction and retention. 2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. 3. Provide proactive support and guidance to customers on product usage and best practices. 4. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of customer solutions. 6. Track key performance indicators and metrics to measure customer success and engagement. 7. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to drive continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 4. Adaptable and confident personality traits to navigate various customer situations. 5. Critical thinking and persuasion skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
