Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


As a Customer Success Manager at Cincinnati Financial in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. Your main goal will be to drive customer retention and loyalty through effective communication, problem-solving, and proactive engagement.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and provide solutions to any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any customer-facing issues - Provide product training and support to customers as needed - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Proven problem-solving abilities and ability to manage difficult situations - Experience with people management and team collaboration - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
