Job Description - Customer Success Manager


Job Description:


UGI is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. The ideal candidate will be motivated, resilient, and possess excellent people management and cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of our products and services - Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement - Provide ongoing support and training to customers to maximize their use of our products - Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
