Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Customer Success Manager at A-Mark Precious Metals, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our valued customers. This is a part-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and goals - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to drive revenue growth - Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to each customer's unique requirements - Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and potential issues, taking proactive steps to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and promote retention - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and requests


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment - Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support - Resourceful problem-solver with a strategic mindset - Excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage customer expectations and demands - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
