Job Description:
Textron, a leading global company in the aerospace and defense industry, is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Success Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time work-from-home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success or related fields.
As a Customer Success Manager at Textron, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may encounter, and providing guidance on how to maximize the value of our offerings. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements based on customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers, understanding their unique needs and objectives - Proactively engage with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and drive product enhancements - Develop and deliver customer success plans to guide customers towards achieving their goals - Track and report on key performance metrics to measure customer success and satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding relationships with existing customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Team player with a flexible and adaptable mindset - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Availability to work part-time hours from a home office in Sydney, New South Wales, AU
