Job Description - Customer Success Officer

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Customer Success Officer to join our team at ADP in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Provide support and guidance to customers throughout their journey with our products and services - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and enhance their experience - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and measure their satisfaction - Create and deliver reports to management on customer success metrics and KPIs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer data and trends - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
