Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job description:


A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and ongoing success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: -Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions -Proactively reach out to customers to offer support and assistance -Address any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner -Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers -Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience -Track and report on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics -Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty -Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: -1 year of experience in a customer-facing role -Adaptable and resourceful personality traits -Strong negotiation and planning skills -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software -Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure -Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities -A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships
