Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

CBRE Group is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with no prior experience who are looking to kickstart their career in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Conduct research to understand customer preferences and industry trends - Assist in making informed decisions to improve customer experience and drive business growth - Provide support in organizing events and activities to engage customers and promote our services - Utilize various communication channels to keep customers informed and involved in our offerings - Monitor customer success metrics and prepare reports for management review

Requirements: - Reliable and adaptable personality traits to effectively communicate with customers and handle various situations - Strong research and decision-making soft skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required
