Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Responsibilities: - Communicate professionally and efficiently with customers and clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Take ownership of customer inquiries and provide solutions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary - Proactively engage with customers to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to provide feedback and insights from customers - Use project management skills to coordinate and prioritize customer success activities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Plan and execute customer success initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty - Provide ongoing training and support to customers to maximize their use of Exxon Mobil products and services


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Dedicated and energetic personality traits - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
