Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team at Dana Holding in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and support.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Identify and implement solutions to improve customer experience - Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to address any potential issues - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Assist customers with product troubleshooting and technical support - Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM system - Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends - Meet or exceed monthly customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
