Job Description:
Ameriprise Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This entry-level position is perfect for a motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address inquiries, provide information, and offer assistance. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and facilitate the resolution of any customer issues. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to enhance the customer's financial well-being. - Utilize persuasion skills to influence customer decisions and guide them towards beneficial solutions. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. - Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required. - Must be motivated, energetic, and customer-focused. - Soft skills in persuasion and attention to detail are highly valued. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
