Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Textron is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess a strong independent and energetic personality.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and support. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction. 3. Educate customers on product features and benefits, as well as best practices for product usage. 4. Proactively reach out to customers to identify and address any issues or concerns they may have. 5. Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences, and propose solutions to enhance their experience. 6. Work closely with other teams within the company to ensure seamless customer communication and resolution of issues. 7. Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition to our products and services. 8. Use persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Strong independent and energetic personality. 3. Excellent research and persuasion skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
