Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Officeworks is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Success Representative to join our team working from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and possess strong emotional intelligence and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure a positive customer experience - Provide troubleshooting and technical support to customers as needed - Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge - Contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community - Meet set KPIs and targets to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in MS Office and customer service software - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home - Australian citizenship or permanent residency - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
