Job Description:
Deere, a leading company in the agricultural industry, is seeking a Customer Success Representative to work from home in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are passionate and adaptable. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Understand customer needs and provide solutions to their problems - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services - Meet and exceed customer success and retention goals - Lead and participate in customer success projects - Handle customer escalations in a professional and efficient manner
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Adaptable to changing customer needs and priorities - Strong leadership and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
