Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

USAA is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual who excels in decision-making and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience with our products and services - Manage customer inquiries and issues through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop customer loyalty and retention strategies to increase overall satisfaction and reduce churn rate - Proactively reach out to customers to offer support and guidance throughout their journey with USAA

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus - Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours
