Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


SafetyCulture is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, providing timely and effective support - Onboard new customers, ensuring they understand how to use our products and services effectively - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers as needed - Assist with customer retention efforts, including renewals and upsells - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated leadership abilities - Driven and resourceful mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with SaaS products and services - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
