Job Description - Remote Customer Success Specialist

EMC is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are passionate and motivated about providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback and drive product improvements - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Track and analyze customer metrics to measure and report on customer success - Provide product training and support to customers as needed


Requirements: - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
