Remote Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Air Products & Chemicals in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level position, you should have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions to their concerns. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success and identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to proactively address any issues and cultivate a positive customer experience. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and insights that can be used to enhance our products and services. 6. Provide guidance and support to customers on how to best utilize our products to meet their needs and achieve their goals.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Emotional intelligence and a high level of cooperation 5. Proficiency with CRM systems and other customer service tools 6. Experience in technical support or a related field is preferred
