Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Core-Mark Holding, a leading distributor of consumer goods based in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is driven, motivated, and looking to kickstart their career in customer success. No prior experience is required, as we are committed to providing comprehensive training and development opportunities.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention and growth - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide product knowledge and support to customers as needed - Assist in the implementation of customer success initiatives and programs


Requirements: - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with CRM software is a plus
