Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description

Atlas Arteria is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field. We are looking for an energetic and confident individual who values teamwork and has strong research skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and chat - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns effectively - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers - Analyze customer data and feedback to improve service offerings and overall customer experience - Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Energetic and confident personality - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Excellent research skills - Proficiency in customer relationship management software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
