Job Description:
Redbubble is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a Customer Success Specialist at Redbubble, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions to any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Work closely with other departments, such as production and shipping, to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time - Identify trends in customer feedback and provide insights to help improve our products and services - Assist with processing returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong analytical skills and creativity - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred
