Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Terex is currently seeking a motivated and driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and excellent customer service - Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner - Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations - Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure they are fully utilizing our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and help drive product improvements - Monitor customer usage data and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Provide support for customer retention and loyalty initiatives

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Driven and dedicated with a passion for helping customers succeed - Strong negotiation and time management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
