Job Description:
Kohl’s is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our remote team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Success Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of reliability and dedication.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Proactively reach out to customers to address any concerns or issues they may have - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Persuade customers to try out new products or services based on their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success - Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer success or similar role - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions - Persuasive and able to influence customer behavior - Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus
