Job Description:
XPO Logistics is seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, and possess strong leadership and innovation skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database - Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support strategies and procedures - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Independent and self-motivated with a drive to succeed - Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to finding solutions - Innovative thinking to improve customer support processes
