Job Description - Customer Support Assistant


Job Description:


As a Customer Support Assistant at Goldman Sachs Group in Melbourne, Victoria, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional assistance to our clients. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are looking to start their career in the financial industry.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, login issues, and other technical support tasks - Provide product information and guidance on our services to customers - Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
