Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


JetBlue Airways is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals at the entry level with 0 years of experience. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist passengers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving travel-related issues. 3. Provide support to customers during their travel experience, including handling flight delays, cancellations, and mishandled baggage. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Confident and independent personality traits. 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 4. Innovative and able to think outside the box to provide solutions to customer issues. 5. Basic project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
